REVIVE POWERSPORTS

REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

 

At Revive Powersports, we strive to provide quality products, engines, parts, and services. Due to the nature of the powersports industry, all customers are expected to carefully review their purchase before completing a transaction.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales made through Revive Powersports are considered final. We do not accept returns unless otherwise approved in writing by management under exceptional circumstances.

NO RETURNS ON ELECTRONICS OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES will be accepted on:

  • Electronic components
  • Electrical parts
  • ECUs
  • Sensors
  • Ignition components
  • Wiring harnesses
  • Fuel system electronics
  • Special-order items

These items are sensitive, easily damaged, and cannot be resold once installed or handled.

APPROVED RETURNS

In rare circumstances where Revive Powersports authorizes a return, the following conditions apply:

  • A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, uninstalled condition.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all included hardware, instructions, and accessories.
  • Any item showing signs of installation, modification, use, or damage will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers requesting cancellation of an order before shipment may be subject to a 5% processing fee.

This fee is not retained by Revive Powersports but is charged by payment processing providers and is not refunded to us when a transaction is canceled.

Please verify all product information, fitment, compatibility, and purchase details before placing your order.

ENGINE RETURN POLICY

Due to the size, handling requirements, and costs associated with engines, the following policy applies:

  • All approved engine returns are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for all freight charges.
  • If an engine has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Original shipping charges
    • Return shipping charges
    • Any freight-related damages caused during return transit
  • Engines that have been installed, modified, disassembled, abused, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Revive Powersports reserves the right to inspect all returned engines prior to issuing any credit or refund.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once a refund is approved and processed by Revive Powersports, the refund is immediately submitted to the payment processor.

Revive Powersports is not a bank, credit card company, or financial institution.

We do not control how quickly your bank, debit card provider, credit card issuer, or payment processor posts funds back to your account. Processing times vary and are determined solely by your financial institution.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

CONTACT US FIRST

If you have a concern regarding your order, service, billing, or shipment, you agree to contact Revive Powersports directly and provide us the opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS Any chargeback filed for merchandise, parts, engines, services, labor, or products that have been delivered, signed for, picked up, installed, or otherwise received by the customer may be considered a fraudulent chargeback. Revive Powersports vigorously disputes all illegitimate chargebacks and will submit evidence including:

  • Signed invoices
  • Shipping records
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Tracking information
  • Photos
  • Repair orders
  • Communication records
  • Customer acknowledgments
  • Terms and conditions acceptance records

COLLECTIONS AND LEGAL ACTION If a customer initiates a chargeback and the disputed amount is reversed from Revive Powersports, the balance becomes immediately due. Revive Powersports reserves the right to:

  • Send unpaid balances to collections
  • Pursue legal action
  • Recover court costs and attorney fees where permitted by law
  • Recover chargeback fees assessed by payment processing companies

CHARGEBACKS DURING SHIPPING OR TRANSIT

Customers acknowledge that once an order has been processed, packaged, and tendered to a shipping carrier, the order is considered in transit. Initiating a chargeback while an order is in transit, absent a legitimate basis recognized by the card issuer and applicable law, may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Revive Powersports reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed while an item is in transit by providing evidence including, but not limited to:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment authorization records
  • Carrier acceptance scans
  • Tracking information
  • Shipping and delivery records
  • Customer communications
  • Electronic acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If a customer files a chargeback during transit, Revive Powersports reserves the right to suspend future orders, warranty claims, account privileges, and other services until the dispute is resolved.

REMANUFACTURED ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS SALES AGREEMENT

All remanufactured engines, remanufactured transmissions, rebuilt engines, rebuilt transmissions, special-order components, and custom-built assemblies sold by Revive Powersports constitute a contractual agreement between Revive Powersports and the customer.

By purchasing any remanufactured engine or transmission, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The product is being purchased pursuant to a binding sales agreement.
  • The customer has reviewed and accepted all applicable warranty terms, return policies, and conditions of sale.
  • Due to the nature of remanufactured and special-order products, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Revive Powersports.
  • Any approved refund, credit, exchange, or replacement shall be governed solely by the written warranty and return policies provided at the time of sale.
  • The customer may not cancel, reject, or reverse payment for a product that has entered production, processing, packaging, or shipment except as required by applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive Powersports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, towing expenses, rental expenses, storage fees, or other consequential losses arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product sold by Revive Powersports.

The total liability of Revive Powersports for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS

In any action arising out of a chargeback dispute, collection matter, breach of contract, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, collection costs, and other expenses to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing products or services from Revive Powersports, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Electronic signatures, online acceptances, invoice signatures, payment submissions, and order confirmations shall constitute valid evidence of acceptance and shall have the same force and effect as an original written signature.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to transactions with Revive Powersports shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and the customer consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

RIGHT TO REFUSE FUTURE BUSINESS

Revive Powersports reserves the right to refuse future sales, service work, warranty assistance, special orders, and account privileges to any customer who files a chargeback or payment dispute.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, making a purchase, submitting payment, or accepting delivery of goods or services from Revive Powersports, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy.

 

Average Lead time for Engines is 3-8 weeks from the following business day order was placed. Please Call or Message to Verify Lead time for Big Bore Builds. Could be shorter or longer. Alot of units in stock and ready to ship. THIS IS NOT AMAZON. Certain CHINESE Manufactures such as Odes,Hisun,Axis,CF MOTO and few others will exceed the expected wait time above. Please understand this is business days and not counting holidays.  Please understand, once you hit submit and place the order this is a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT and REVIE POWERSPORTS interpreted you read and understood all POLCIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS.
